What's Next With BP? The Bubble About to Blow

Put a balloon under water. Pop it. You see a wave on the surface.

But a straw into a bubble of oil that's billions of gallons thick, under 100,000+ lbs of pressure, and control it's flow, and you'll see the straw bend and blow under the effects of cavitation. These are effects bound by the laws of Physics.

What happens as it drains, relentlessly? The crust of the many strata supports the pressure equalized for millions of years of decaying pressurized crude oil now begins supporting your mile and a half of sea water above. Oil, we know, goes hand in hand with natural gas. Like a soda, natural gas remains compressed into liquid by the pressure of it's container.

What happens when you pop open a bottle of soda that's sat in your hot car? It fizzes, explodes, and goes everywhere.

As the oil drains from this massive pocket on the floor of the Gulf, natural gas is fizzing up to the top of the pocket. This is creating a void of gas; much less dense than the oil beneath it; and much less able to support the strata of sea floor above it, not to mention the mile or so of sea water above it too.

So what happens next? Within 10 mos, the floor may collapse, sinking a number of remaining rigs, and send a wave of water at the gulf coast traveling at 350 miles per hour.

What do we do? Evacuate. Stop listening to the noise from Washington. Turn our signal to alternative energy, and responsible, sustainable business, and social change.

Alternative Currency

Alternative currency projects sound interesting.

The way I look at it Savings is the immediate factor in inflationary systems. Savings meaning the un-appropriated portion of cash flowing through a banking system. People hold cash which means that more cash has to be made so the people who need cash are getting it while those with cash refuse to spend it.

Additionally, the production of disposable technologies is acting as value loss capital, capital that is obsolete in 4 quarters is the bane of our long term growth. Investors in private equity markets are dumping cash into 3-5 year projects that hope to increase wealth and produce disposable technologies. The entire tech industry reflects the disposability of code throughout the systems that support it.

Think of Apple, the worlds largest growing tangible tech corporation. Read. OS X, iPhone 4. What versions of code and toys will we be on in 100 years?

We can do better in my opinion.

We're using consumerism to exchange cash flow, but would do better imparting currency of diminishing returns. So a person holding cash will experience the loss of value the longer their cash is held, encouraging expenditure on capital toward educating or producing longer lasting projects, and products designed to outlast our attention spans for shiny things. This will encourage our economy to produce more efficient systems of energy, infrastructure, and over the long run, effect a tremendous technological leap in what we are able to achieve (space travel, planetary food supplies, and growth of resources beyond imagination).

In the current system, smart engineers are attracted to low hanging fruit, eating green apples off the lowest branches because they don't mind the bitter taste of a quick harvest. The clever ones are learning working together to build the tools to grow the tallest trees of life, knowledge and pick the ripest fruits in the basking light of the Sun.

WE have this within our reach.

Letter TO Barack Obama

Dear President Obama,

I appreciate the effort to be diplomatic, but we know you can do better because we are already doing better on our own.

How about we go for the gold??? How about we get the spirit of the great country to lift its sights to a day when we are no longer dependent on OIL for the overwhelming majority of our infrastructure???

That is a site worth working for at all levels. We have ALL the tools necessary for inventing a limitless future of energy and transportation that is not reliant upon the limited resources that the OIL industry has wrought in to the fabric of our experience. Our blind greed and need for dangerous disposable plastic items has created this for us, and our consumption is the primary factor in this saga.

Here's what WE can do with our pocketbook. This is what we are organizing since it obviously can't come from an administration controlled by the interests of lobbyists with unlimited financial resources. These people obviously don't communicate in terms of self-respect for the Natural world that produced their species, so we will communicate with their favorite and universal language. Currency, money, cash.

 1. Criminalize the use of plastic bags, disposable plastic products, diapers, toys, straws, lids, and everything being found churning in the tonnes of waste floating in the Gyres around the world. We are killing our species, and every species with our plastic addiction.
2. Phase out the use of the Internal Combustion Engine, especially those used in automobiles and/or mandate the use of hybrid technologies in ALL CARS by the year 2015.
3. Make the oil companies pay for the clean up. Not just $69 million, but a place a moratorium on a large percentage of the profits earned from sales of OIL in the United States.
4. STOP FIGHTING WARS. It's 2010. When are we going to learn that WE ARE ALL ONE? ALL HUMANS!! WE ARE ONE. I would think this is obvious to you as president who understands life in Hawaii, where ohana is the word of the land and the source. Your war needs OIL. Stop fighting yourself. We armed those countries to begin with. For what? To then fight them with the weapons we gave them? Absurd. Stop making weapons to kill. Make weapons to invent new energy.
5. Our military is one of the most well trained and compassionate forces of creative power on Earth. Why are we using it to fight? Why not use it to create??? To spread the type of condition that precedes all need for violence at the source? To help people, yes PEOPLE, establish a quality of life worldwide where they can live sustainably and peacefully with good old fashioned food grown around communities, peacefully.

If we took these five steps toward fulfilling our potential, we would be able to live peacefully and wholly for generations as one balanced human organism capable of all that's imagined and believed to be inconceivable by today's cultural standards.

We will vote with our pocketbooks, we'll stop buying plastics, we'll make every effort to make engines, and our dependency upon oil obsolete. Either the companies will turn to invent the forms of energy we are buying and inventing on our own (such as the bloom box), we'll run out of oil, or we'll choke on all the money that won't have any value when we're facing mass extinction just as we begin to rediscover we are not above Nature, but a part of it since the dawn of Creation.

Please listen, and don't take us to be pessimistic. We're organizing to include everyone in this transformation. We're highly tuned to the ancient ways of being, we are the ones that built this incredibly beautiful world of man, and the ones that will continue to help it evolve. Help us architect a new dawn.

With love,

Letter From Barack Obama

Bartosz --

Yesterday, I visited Caminada Bay in Grand Isle, Louisiana -- one of the first places to feel the devastation wrought by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. While I was here, at Camerdelle's Live Bait shop, I met with a group of local residents and small business owners.

Folks like Floyd Lasseigne, a fourth-generation oyster fisherman. This is the time of year when he ordinarily earns a lot of his income. But his oyster bed has likely been destroyed by the spill.

Terry Vegas had a similar story. He quit the 8th grade to become a shrimper with his grandfather. Ever since, he's earned his living during shrimping season -- working long, grueling days so that he could earn enough money to support himself year-round. But today, the waters where he has worked are closed. And every day, as the spill worsens, he loses hope that he will be able to return to the life he built.

Here, this spill has not just damaged livelihoods. It has upended whole communities. And the fury people feel is not just about the money they have lost. It is about the wrenching recognition that this time their lives may never be the same.

These people work hard. They meet their responsibilities. But now because of a manmade catastrophe -- one that is not their fault and beyond their control -- their lives have been thrown into turmoil. It is brutally unfair. And what I told these men and women is that I will stand with the people of the Gulf Coast until they are again made whole.

That is why, from the beginning, we have worked to deploy every tool at our disposal to respond to this crisis. Today, there are more than 20,000 people working around the clock to contain and clean up this spill. I have authorized 17,500 National Guard troops to participate in the response. More than 1,900 vessels are aiding in the containment and cleanup effort. We have convened hundreds of top scientists and engineers from around the world. This is the largest response to an environmental disaster of this kind in the history of our country.

We have also ordered BP to pay economic injury claims, and this week, the federal government sent BP a preliminary bill for $69 million to pay back American taxpayers for some of the costs of the response so far. In addition, after an emergency safety review, we are putting in place aggressive new operating standards for offshore drilling. And I have appointed a bipartisan commission to look into the causes of this spill. If laws are inadequate, they will be changed. If oversight was lacking, it will be strengthened. And if laws were broken, those responsible will be brought to justice.

These are hard times in Louisiana and across the Gulf Coast, an area that has already seen more than its fair share of troubles. The people of this region have met this terrible catastrophe with seemingly boundless strength and character in defense of their way of life. What we owe them is a commitment by our nation to match the resilience they have shown. That is our mission. And it is one we will fulfill.

Thank you,

President Barack Obama

More on BP

These guys aren't just trying to stop the leak, they are trying to cap it so they can keep feeding on the well.

Oh Shit. That's why it seems the corporation doesn't want any independent scientists to get involved. They've got shitty video feeds showing us what a half-assed job is like.

Please, everyone learn from this to such an extent that the extraction of mineral resources must be absurdly regulated. It's the reason aviation engineers are so talented. Better yet, protocol that prevents such magnitudes of destruction. The solution is balance and reduction of resources demanded for production with such waste.

Please don't boycott their products, instead hold their profits full accountable to the cleanup. WE don't ask our children to stand in the corner all day when they do something wrong. We teach them to learn from their mistakes, clean up, and move on to the next generation of growth with wisdom.

We can fix this!! Just get the person in the mirror to make a change. Forget about BP. We are stewards of this great Planet, and children to the trees, sky, and stars. The salt of the ocean is in our tears, and in our blood.

If only people took credit card purchases out to pay for the spill, then the message would really hit home, wouldn't it?

Sculpting A Life of Choice

Just between us.

For reasons I can't explain, I reached a point where in a moment of total uncertainty and hopelessness in understanding what is to come next, even if I finished everything I was working on tomorrow and got paid the money to feed my family for a lifetime, I chose to let go of everything and found myself in the woodshop carving a 125lb piece of cypress early this morning.

I can't not sculpt. It's as much a part of life as loving, sleeping, engineering, breathing, or being a dad. When I don't sculpt, I feel like I am dying. I wake up in the morning with a layer of anxiety for all the energy I can't express. The sinews of my muscles pulse with emotions blocking me from the depths of my inner core. The energy relegates me to a common human animal foraging for something to conceal my lacking and want.

In the shop, I become an extension of an energy manifesting itself into form. My mind looks for the shape it wants to create, but it goes insane, and leaves me holding nothing but the connection I have with the environment around me. The shape, no matter what I want it to be, reveals itself on its own, and I am only a midwife for its birth. My fingers become a chainsaw blade on a hand grinder, spinning at 11,000 rpm.

This morning, I let go, and a familiar form emerged. It will probably weigh around 85lbs when it is complete, and I look forward to seeing it glow with energy from the 80 years of sunlight that brought it to fruition in Golden Gate park.

I can't not sculpt. I tried. Every time I do, I start dying. When I do, I come back to life.

Complaing About Oil But Still (Over)Using Plastics

I hear that the oil gusher in the Gulf is still gushing, and that the crude is caught in the Gulf Loop Current. Obviously this is going to happen. Obviously this gives people something new to complain about while they continue to pay $400 power bills, driving to work every day, and happily being oblivious consumers.

As for the oil when it washes up on the beaches, folks in Florida can harvest it from the beaches and power their ridiculously large homes, summer condos, and dinosaur Bush-era SUVs.

But seriously, we're still drinking from plastic water bottles, driving oil guzzling cars (hybrids not exempt), buying plastic toys for our kids, plastic forks, cups, nick-nacks, bags... etc.

Sunkiss made the point that it's convenient to complain and continue creating the old paradigm victim-superhero pattern where "One day a person will show up and wash away our Sins and all that we've done to destroy our home Planet will be undone." Potentially more interesting are the minds that think "This is all normal, this happens throughout history in patterns that Nature/God/Universe created. Everything is fine."

Everything was fine during all the other mass-extinctions too. Business as usual, some say.

I tend to agree with her that is old news and it really has to stop. SO knock it off, people. Myself included.

This is just oil, but where I live and surf, there's TONs of plastic rice washing up on our beaches along with dead birds, animals, where once were starfish and clear waters....

I hear a lot of complaining on the internet, but with all due respect to humanity... What the hell is anyone doing about their need for oil derived consumption?

* * Solutions * *
I've an idea to virtualize the need for a commuter employment economy by supporting reverse telework schedules. People should only go to work in an office for 2 days a week at most.

Get involved with people like George Orbelian and Project Kaisei (http://projectkaisei.com), the Adopt-A-Stream Foundation. Call your state legislators and give them an idea of what is important to you, your children, their children, and the many generations to come.

DEMAND THAT PLASTIC BAGS BECOME ILLEGAL TO USE. PERIOD. Go buy a canvas bag, carry stuff in it. Even better, make them out of old designer clothing.

Cut your plastic intake to inelastic goods (appliances, furniture, vehicles). STOP BUYING BOTTLED WATER. STOP BUYING PLASTIC TOYS FOR YOUR KIDS FROM DOLLAR STORES. You will not die from polluted water in this day and age if you you live in a marginally developed country. Your kids could do better than feed their attention spans with plastic bullets shaped like army men. Get over it.

And again, for everyone's sake, please STOP USING PLASTIC BAGS.

Trio of Galaxies Mixes It Up (Taken from Nasa.gov)

I once commented on the phenomenon of the super-galaxy. And how I believe it is the force of Creation. How eventually we will expand into our own gravitational cluster of children broken off far from the parent-galaxy, but not far enough away to avoid reconstituting within Itself, becoming One again in order to give birth to a whole new offspring universe. That pattern is assembled in micro-cosmic context within this text as observed by NASA.

{article begins}

Though they are the largest and most widely scattered objects in the universe, galaxies do go bump in the night. The Hubble Space Telescope has photographed many pairs of galaxies colliding. Like snowflakes, no two examples look exactly alike. This is one of the most arresting galaxy smash-up images to date.

At first glance, it looks as if a smaller galaxy has been caught in a tug-of-war between a Sumo-wrestler pair of elliptical galaxies. The hapless, mangled galaxy may have once looked more like our Milky Way, a pinwheel-shaped galaxy. Now that it's caught in a cosmic blender, its dust lanes are being stretched and warped by the tug of gravity. Unlike the elliptical galaxies, the spiral is rich in dust and gas for the formation of new stars. It is the fate of the spiral galaxy to be pulled like taffy and then swallowed by the pair of elliptical galaxies, which will trigger a firestorm of new stellar creation.

If there are astronomers on any planets in this galaxy group, they will have a ringside seat to seeing a flurry of star birth unfolding over many millions of years to come. Eventually, the elliptical galaxies should merge, creating one single super-galaxy many times larger than our Milky Way. This trio is part of a tight cluster of 16 galaxies, many of them being dwarf galaxies. This particular galaxy cluster is called the Hickson Compact Group 90 and lies about 100 million light-years away in the direction of the constellation Piscis Austrinus, the Southern Fish.

Letter to A Family and Freemason From Your Inter-Demensional Galactic Cohorts

The beauty of the elemental growth of the nuclear organism of humanity is incredible. You just tell your lost children the awakening architecture of the universe you know is conquerable by securing ownership of your piece of property that will grant you the largest stake of ownership within the collective consciousness. That is the purpose of the human organism in conquering the divisions among the species. While those who continuously change their minds to explore the vastness of never ending potentiality continue to spin into the chaos aimlessly seeking everything material outside themselves including an amassing of currency in an effort to be able to "own" more. Brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers, we have slowed the wave from imminent warfare into delayed magnanimity after a long cycle of incredible fundamental acceleration in all the carnal self-destruction a globally intelligent consciousness could afford to capitalize upon once every 25,000 years.

Now, we have our children to teach.

We grow within ourselves, seeking the convictions of our courage to explore the thought unthinkable, to divide only the finite infinitely within ourselves and keep all that is discovered within flowing into our hearts, our lives, our future. WE have dared to explore the boundaries, expanding the limits of possibility to arenas where the impossible is made real. The new dawn of our imminent recapitulation into the cosmic awareness in which all that are born find themselves in heaven for their eternity. The survival of human kind rests atop the ability to vibrate with the planet Earth, and multiply fairly in a manner that is not all-consuming of our home. For a species consumed by the home is a parasite unto it's host, and a cancer upon the gift of life in the vastness of space.

When we were given this home as a matter of life expansion, the rule was always to balance and sustain, that the Planet is alive as a home whose heart beats with the pulses of the Sun. And this pulse awakens the light of spring, the flowers that glow bright with neon attracting the earth into the coming Summer of life, and love.

Bless us, Humans. Every one.

Sunkiss and bARTosz

This is a long adventurous story full of love and sadness and redemption. This abridged version is limited in scope, but it is the truth.

For a long long time in my life, I felt different and out of place in the world. The ideas and thoughts I'd shared with the people around me were often a fraction of what I had buried deep in my heart and mind. It was always easy for me to meet and understand people, but very difficult for me to go deep within and understand myself.

I spent many years following the advice of my family, friends, and living rather unconsciously as a single guy with unresolved conflicts with money, power, and love hidden beneath the surface. I genuinely always wanted to make the world a better place, but through my unconscious action, I'm afraid I seasoned my benevolence with a dangerous mix of self destruction to hide the pain of some events that had occurred early in my life. I thought I was an island in this regard, and that humanity would indeed judge me to be unworthy of my dreams, but inevitably I learned that this was my internal reflection within, and that I was a human like all humans in many regards, despite being told for many years that I was exceptionally gifted.

When I lived in DC, I had always known I would eventually live in California. I worked like mad to attain the opportunity to do so. Along the lines of my inner struggle came the issue of money, and my inevitable inability to appreciate it at the time. I had too much of it too quickly, and my insatiable curiosity about the world led me to experience every facet of life I could attain.

When I came to California, I found a comfortable home deep within my ego. I did tremendous work starting the company I came here to create, and I made many friendships as well as learned a great deal about the world of elite business. But I came from the earth, and when living in the sky, I saw how far people with money were willing to go to dominate and vanquish their adversaries in the 'game' they call Life. To me, it was not a game. I know what my family went through in two global wars. The spirit of my ancestors began calling within, asking me to come clean and put a stop to the unbridled greed and mis-truth I witnessed.

When my turn came to be laid off, I was at a loss of words because my love for everyone and every ounce of energy I had put into my goals of success as entrepreneur and global benefactor was destroyed by a lie. I resolved to exit that world until the actors were themselves judged before their peers and I saw that the balance of energy would be restored among those controlling the information we share in the world.

And in that moment, I began my fall from grace. I lost my job. The fire of art and creativity burned bright within me and became my focus. I stepped into the realm of the unknown and allowed the visions of the future I'd experienced as a child guide me home. People began appearing in my life, guiding me along a path into my shadow within. The most incredibly powerful and beautiful of those energies appear to me on the night of 11/11/2008.

She was radiant and beautiful. Unlike any human I'd ever seen. We spoke briefly. I danced with her. She told me about her three children. I told her she should be proud to have the courage to raise three children alone for twelve years, and to have the strength to grow to realize a greater pattern of self in that time. A week or so went by, and my eyes that had one been open, suddenly truly fully began to open with my third eye, and the visions from the future became my present moment. She and I met again. She came to my house, we talked for one night. We fell in love there and then. She never left.

Suddenly, incredibly, we both stepped deep within together to journey deep into the dark places of our souls to release the pain of generations past. Pain from countless cycles of abuse, neglect, abandonment, exploitation, suffering, greed, wrath, and self-destruction flowed from us in a flood of sorrow and forgiveness. There were times when the day was as black as night. Through it all, we would return to our love from countless lifetimes and forgive the worlds inside ourselves and outside ourselves for creating this Universe to introduce such pain to us as children of Creation. The love within us is infinite and eternal. She and I exposed the darkest pieces of our lives, and felt the Earth doing the same, deciding whether to keep us here or let us go to waste.

We traveled and discovered incredible Universes of humanity, in which people were tearing open their higher consciousness in order to reveal their inner selves, which today I realize is the act of returning to the child we are within.

I'd been raised Polish Catholic but my parents had renounced the church and organized religion because of the financial agenda underlying most of our experiences with our clergy over the years. I wouldn't describe myself as a religious person. But the things I have seen first hand, and the places I have gone within, have in a sense been a crucifixion of my ego. I am but a child today. I can see the patterns of Creation in everything. To me, there is no time, we are only the act of Creation continuing to unfold, and we are the cosmos attempting to know itself. We can choose anything as our future when we journey through the shadow within. Time is a measure of escape from that shadow. We only need it because we humans attempt to isolate ourselves rather than unite, and in isolation, the act of Creation can be measured in time.

Sunkiss and I are not married. We are partners in Spirit. I assure you I am the essence of my innermost self, vulnerable and pure, through my reflection and journeys with her. We often retell the story of our meeting by sharing that she and the children are angels sent to bring me home to my truest path, and I am their angel sent to guide them in service to the divine within us all. When we create it to be in marriage, I will surely invite you and your children to be with us and our extended family of friends.

Now, I was granted another chance to live in service to humanity. This time, I'm working with a business partner in New York City to create a service to help people all over the world rediscover the incredible regenerative potential of humanity through gainful employment. We are building a website that helps people find great jobs through all the networks and websites at already exist out there. It is called http://gigs.ly. I will be in NYC this Dec 1-4 to meet with investors and finalize our funding for the next two years.

I am very excited that the Universe and our Earth decided to give us this opportunity to improve our Creative potential.
